By accessing or using Desply, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using Desply on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization.

2. Service description

Desply provides a SaaS platform that allows users to share files and links through branded pages. The Service may be updated or modified from time to time.

3. Account registration

- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
- You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to use our Service.

4. Subscription and payment

- Desply operates on a subscription-based model with different pricing plans.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan.
- A 14-day free trial is available. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account will be deactivated.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store payment details.
- Fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.

5. Cancellations and termination

- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your billing period.
- If your payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your account.
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

6. User conduct

By using Desply, you agree not to:
- Upload, store, or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse our Service.
- Share access to your account or resell the Service.

7. Intellectual property

- All rights, titles, and interests in Desply, including software, branding, and content, remain the exclusive property of Desply.
- You retain ownership of any files you upload, but by using our Service, you grant us a limited license to host and display them as necessary.

- We collect and process user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We comply with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.
- Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties without consent, except for essential services (e.g., payment processing).

- Desply is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
